Returns and Refunds Policy

1. General Principle

CompuFixGuru will review each request considering the type of product or service, its condition, the reason for the claim, the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, and the rights provided by applicable law.

This policy does not exclude legal rights regarding defective products, goods that do not match what was offered, deficient services, or breaches attributable to the provider.

2. Physical Products

To facilitate a prompt review, customers are encouraged to keep proof of purchase, packaging, accessories, manuals, and serial numbers, and to report any damage, missing item, or model discrepancy as soon as possible.

When a return is based solely on a change of preference rather than a defect or breach, acceptance may depend on the condition of the product, seals, accessories, consumables, disclosed commercial conditions, and reasonable resale potential, without affecting non-waivable rights.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product received is defective, does not match the brand, model, capacity, or specifications offered, or there is a material discrepancy attributable to the provider, the appropriate repair, replacement, return, or refund will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Licenses and Digital Products

Before delivery or activation of a digital license, a cancellation may be evaluated based on the order status. After a key, subscription, or digital entitlement has been delivered or activated, cancellation due solely to a change of mind may not be technically reversible.

The above does not limit claims when the license is invalid, does not match the edition or term offered, cannot be activated for a reason attributable to supply, or there is another breach by the provider.

5. Technical Services

For diagnostic, repair, installation, configuration, or support services, the scope will be disclosed before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible. If a service is deficient or is not provided for a reason attributable to CompuFixGuru, correction, repetition, credit, refund, or another applicable remedy will be reviewed.

6. Special Orders and Projects

Custom-configured equipment, imported products, materials acquired specifically for a project, or licenses issued for an organization may have cancellation restrictions imposed by the manufacturer or wholesaler. Such conditions must be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed and will never eliminate legal remedies for breach.

7. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products include a direct manufacturer warranty. CompuFixGuru may guide or route the claim where appropriate. The existence of a manufacturer warranty will not be used to deny rights that legally apply against the seller.

8. Request Process

To start a review, the customer must contact CompuFixGuru and provide the order or receipt number, product or service, reason for the request, and, when useful, photographs, videos, error messages, or technical evidence.

A prior diagnosis may be requested when the nature of the equipment requires technical expertise. The evaluation will seek to distinguish among an original defect, shipping damage, incompatibility, unintended use, accidental damage, or a configuration issue.

9. Refunds

When a refund is due, we will seek to use the same payment method used for the purchase unless the consumer agrees to another permitted method. Posting times may depend on banks, acquirers, or payment processors.

10. Data and Equipment Submitted for Service

Before submitting equipment for repair, the customer should back up their information whenever possible. CompuFixGuru will handle equipment with reasonable care, but repair, migration, recovery, or storage replacement may involve inherent risks to data.
