Terms and Conditions
General terms applicable to the use of compufixguru.com and to the purchase of products, licenses, and services offered by CompuFixGuru in Mexico.
Last updated: September 2, 2026.
1. Identification and Acceptance
CompuFixGuru is the trade name used to offer technology solutions, hardware, original software, licensing, technical support, and related services. The full tax information of the provider applicable to each transaction will appear on the corresponding tax invoice, quote, order, or commercial documentation.
By browsing, creating an account, requesting a quote, or making a purchase, the user accepts these terms where applicable. No provision is intended to limit non-waivable rights recognized under Mexican law.
2. Product and Service Information
We aim to keep descriptions, compatibility information, images, availability, prices, and features clear and current. Images may be illustrative. When a purchase depends on compatibility, version, architecture, model, part number, or technical requirements, we may request additional information before confirming the transaction.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Quotes
Prices are stated in Mexican pesos unless otherwise indicated. The site may display prices including VAT, while business quotes may itemize the base price and taxes. A quote will remain valid for the period stated in the document and may depend on inventory, exchange rates, wholesaler or manufacturer availability, and project conditions.
4. Orders, Availability, and Payment
Receipt of an order does not constitute final acceptance when there is an obvious pricing error, lack of inventory, inability to fulfill the order, pending fraud review, or technical incompatibility detected before delivery. In such cases, the customer will be informed and, if payment has already been made, the matter will be handled according to applicable law and the payment method used.
Payments may be processed by external providers. CompuFixGuru does not request banking passwords, PINs, or full authentication codes by email, chat, or support channels.
5. Licenses and Digital Products
Licenses are supplied according to the scope, edition, term, number of devices or users, and other conditions stated in the product listing or quote. The customer is responsible for verifying technical requirements before activating a license when those requirements have been clearly disclosed.
A key, subscription, or digital entitlement that has already been delivered or activated may not be technically reversible due to manufacturer policies. This does not remove consumer rights when a license is invalid, does not match what was offered, or there is a breach attributable to the provider.
6. Delivery of Physical Products
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific date is expressly agreed. For special-order, imported, wholesale, or project products, timing may depend on third parties. Risk, receipt, visible damage, and missing items should be documented as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Technical Services and Projects
Services may require prior diagnosis, access to facilities, backups, temporary credentials, or authorization over equipment. Scope, materials, exclusions, timing, and deliverables will be established in the service order or quote. Customers should back up their information before work that may involve formatting, recovery, migration, or storage replacement unless a backup service has been expressly contracted.
8. Warranties
Warranties will apply according to the nature of the product or service, the conditions disclosed by the manufacturer or provider, and Mexican law. Where appropriate, CompuFixGuru will guide the customer regarding diagnosis, repair, replacement, return, or the applicable warranty channel.
9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Returns and refunds will be governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy published on this site and by applicable law. When a refund is due, we will seek to issue it to the same payment method used, unless the consumer accepts another permitted method.
10. Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and providing accurate information. We may suspend access in cases of abusive activity, attempted fraud, impact on site security, or serious breach of these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
The brand, design, text, code, original photographs, documentation, and other site materials are protected under applicable law. Manufacturer and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products or compatibility.
12. Site Availability
We may perform maintenance, updates, and improvements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability when there are infrastructure, provider, network, force majeure, or reasonable maintenance issues, without affecting obligations already assumed in confirmed transactions.
13. Support and Questions
For questions about orders, warranties, billing, licenses, or services, you may use the Contact. For business purchases, the Companies.
14. Applicable Law
These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law in Mexico. When a transaction constitutes a consumer relationship, the rights and mechanisms provided by the Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable provisions will be respected.
